Non Silicone Mould Release Agent 400ml
APPLICATIONS
It is a non-silicone release agent suitable for a wide range of moulding up to 220 Deg.C. It is easily removed by ordinary washing, facillitating further product conversion, e.g. metalising, lacquering, printing, etc.
DIRECTIONS
Spray from 20-30cm a light coating uniformly over the mould surface. Ensure surface to be sprayed is clean and dry. Repeat
as necessary.
PROPERTIES
It sprays to give a quick drying solvent and oil blend. Acts to give good releasing properties for a wide range of injection moulded plastic materials. It is recommended that the customer undertakes evaluation trials to ascertain suitability before mass production commences. Any incorporation of the oils into the plastic may result in future detrimental effects.
Note: Avoid spraying onto hot surfaces or near naked flames as this product contains a high level of flammable materials and spontaneous combustion will occur at 230 Deg.C.
