  • Texture Coating Black Bumper And Plastic (500ml)

Texture Black – Durable Textured Coating for Automotive Panels & Trim

Texcoat Black is a high-performance textured coating developed for automotive bodyshops, repair centres, and restoration specialists.
Formulated to deliver a factory-style textured finish, it’s ideal for bumpers, plastic trims, under-body panels, side skirts, and any surface where a textured, non-gloss finish is required.

With excellent coverage and long-term durability, Texture Black restores OEM-style appearance, conceals minor imperfections, and provides consistent results across a wide range of materials.

Key Benefits

  • Produces an authentic textured finish that replicates OEM surfaces and hides minor scuffs or repairs.

  • Suitable for application on metal, plastic, and composite panels for consistent finish quality.

  • Durable, chip-resistant coating designed to withstand everyday use and environmental exposure.

  • Easy-to-use aerosol (or trade pack) format ideal for professional refinishing workflows.

  • Can be adjusted for fine, medium, or coarse texture by varying spray technique and conditions.

Typical Applications

  • Refinishing and repairing bumpers, trims, side skirts, rocker panels, and wheel arches.

  • Restoring textured OEM finishes on plastic components after repair or replacement.

  • Providing a professional textured protective coating on underbody and exterior parts.

  • Ensuring consistency across mixed-material repairs involving both plastic and metal substrates.

How to Use

  1. Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly to remove oil, wax, dust, and contaminants. Lightly abrade the surface if required for adhesion.

  2. Shake / Mix: Shake the can well before use to ensure even distribution of texture components.

  3. Application Technique:

    • Use low nozzle pressure for a fine to medium texture.

    • Use full nozzle pressure for a medium to coarse texture.

    • The texture can also be controlled by adjusting spray distance and product temperature:

      • The closer the nozzle, the heavier the texture.

      • The further away, the finer the texture.

      • Cold contents create a coarser structure.

      • Warm contents produce a finer texture.

  4. Build the Coating: Apply multiple light coats rather than one heavy layer. Maintain a consistent spray motion for an even texture.

  5. Dry / Cure: Allow each coat to flash off before reapplication. Final drying times depend on ambient conditions or spray booth temperature.

  6. Inspect Finish: Check for even texture and uniform appearance before handling or overcoating.
